Power automate email automatization

Hello everyone, I am new to PowerAutomate, I want to create a flow from an Excel, take the email of the person responsible and the comment.
I have already managed to create this flow, but when it is the same person responsible, several emails are sent with different comments.

I would like that only one email is sent to the person responsible with ALL the comments.

this is an example of how my table looks:
