Trigger a flow based on change in "Approval Status" of a file in Sharepoint

I want to send an approval email out when a file moves from Draft to Pending but I can't seem to find a trigger or filter that's obvious.

    Hi Mosleyrs,

Please check if the below flow meets your requirement:

Mona, I think my struggle is that I don't have access to the same Dynamic content.  You have "Approve Status Value" as an option for Object Name.  I don't seem to have that option:

Oh i see what you did, you create a new "Approval" field on the item.

When I create a new column in a list, i see it now.  How can I get the same "created by email" option for the "file modified" trigger?

    Hi Mosleyrs,

I just checked with the dynamic content of "file modified", it doesn't have the "created by email" for now. You can post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
