ifAdmin i want to assign a ticket to a colleague

hi,

I have logged into my HelpDesk App as Admin.

A user has logged a ticket.

As Admin, i want to type in an organisation colleagues name so that it comes up with their name.

I have a column in Sharepoint list - AssignedTo which is a person.

My challenge is that when i type in names, nothing comes up.

 

Desparate for this to work,

    Hi @JerryH ,

     

    Please share more detail about your scenario. 

    If you want to customize the Assigned To field, please refer to following steps:

    1. add a Combobox, instead of the dropdown which is not supported to input search

    2. set Items property of Combobox: Choices('SP list'.AssignedTo)

    3. input the name in the combobox, then all people show in the dropdown list.

    Thank you, almost worked...

    So i just want it to come up as the persons name. Not sure why membership is coming up?

    Hi @JerryH ,

     

    Configure the Primary Text and SearchField to DisplayName in Field panel shown as follows.
