sharepoint - when a file is created or modified - no dynamic content from library

I want to add a condition when a sharepoint file is created or modified. I selected the site address, library name and folder and specified to use all columns. However, when I add the condition and choose a value, only the default 'dynamic content' appears such as Created by, Modified by, Name etc, and there are none of my library columns which is what I need.

I also tried adding an action to send an email under 'If yes' and it's the same thing. Whereas if I choose to send an email without any condition it does pick up on my columns.

Does anyone else find this?

If you are saying that a SharePoint libraries metadata columns are not available to you when creating a condition, I do not find that to be the case.

Thanks Scott. I worked out what was going wrong.  Under Library Name, I had chosen Forms from the drop-down menu. I entered the List ID instead and I got my metadata columns.
