When opening existing flows that use the Send and Email v2 and an Office 365 Outlook connection using the classic Power Automate workflow editor, they work fine. When we open the same workflows using the new Cloud Flows Designer, all of these actions have a warning:
"Invalid connection, please update your connection to load complete details"
We also tried creating a brand new flow that with a single action using the Send an Email V2 and it saves and works just fine. But when opening it in the new Cloud Flows Designer, it shows the same error message. If we try to create a new connection for the action instead of using an existing one, we get the following error message after being prompted to log into Office 365 Outlook with an account:
"Failed to create OAuth connection: ClientError: Test connection failed. Details: Error from token exchange: Bad authorization token. The access token is from wrong audience or resource."
If we use the same test flow with a single action in it and open using the classic flow designer, we can create new connections without any error messages.
Anyone else seeing this behavior? Any ideas on how to remedy it without having to recreate all of our connections in hundreds of flows?
According to the following thread, it is an issue the product team is working on.
I'm having the same issue too.
I faced exact same error too,
Use new Cloud Flow Designer yesterday, and happens today.
Tried to create a new flow, but have same error too.
I'm having the same issue as well. So far, there's no place to assist with this error. Does anyone know the answer?
Jon
I'm using the new Cloud Flow Designer today for the first time and the exact same thing is happening to me. Did you find out how to resolve the issue?
We also tried editing these same workflows from a personal computer so we could rule out enterprise browser group policies. Same issue occurs. We're in a GCC tenant if that makes a difference.
Hi @SJNBham ,
Sorry to read this. I haven't seen this before but will definitely be monitoring this thread to understand how it is happening and how you resolved it.
