Stopped receiving emails?

I was receiving an email message each time an employee made a submission through the power app.  I recently added a new supervisor's email address in the OnSelect property so he would receive an email as well.
 
The problem is, he now receives and email each time a submission is made, but I do not.
 
Would anyone have any idea why this would be happening and how to correct?
