"View Permissions" In an Environment?

I have a production Environment where I share out Canvas apps with end users. Most are mobile apps so they have access via their Phone or Tablet. Recently some are apps that users will be accessing on their computer.

The issue is nobody can access the environment from powerapps.com, they have to store the app as a hyperlink. I want to give users access to see the environment online without using the "Environment Maker Role". Is there a way to achieve this with a default security role? Or is there another work around?

Let me know if anyone has any thoughts!

There is no way for users to be able to see the environment unless they are at least a Maker. They can run apps that they have a hyperlink for, but as you've seen they can't see the environment unless they are a maker. There is no other way.

Hi @Anonymous,

You should guide your users toward the Microsoft 365 app launcher at office.com/apps. The user's will be able to see their Power Apps under the Business Apps tab.
