Collect column names to populate inside a document

Hey guys, I have a flow that takes the value of the list items and populate it inside a template word document in the library. It works great.

I'm able to get the name the title the checklist into the document. But now I want to change it to "Yes or No Fields" instead of "Checklist" but I'm not able to collect the column names. (figure a)

This is how the "checklist" look after I use my old flow. And I want to do the same with the "Yes or No" by changing some stuff in my flow, but I don't know how :(. (figure b)

Basically what I want is to get the column names in a single text inside the document (As shown below when I used the checklist).

For example, If I click "Yes" for the columns (CEO, COO, CSSO, and GRCD Director) in the list, it should be shown as a value in the document like this "CEO - COO - CSSO - GRCD Director" or this "CEO / COO / CSSO / GRCD Director"

Here is the flow I'm using:

 (figure c, d, e and f)

I hope someone can figure it out.

Please let me know if you need more information.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Does the permanent column value would be related by the CEO, COO, CSSO, and GRCD Director column?

And the permanent column value would be CEO - COO - CSSO - GRCD Director when the CEO, COO, CSSO, and GRCD Director column are all true?

Please explain more details about the requirement.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    That's true Mr. Alice (@v-alzhan-msft) ,

permanent column value will be related by the CEO, COO, CSSO, and GRCD Director columns using content controls.

But I'm not sure if one content control would be enough. Or I've to create many content controls.

Also, the permanent column value would be CEO - COO - CSSO - GRCD Director when the CEO, COO, CSSO, and GRCD Director column are all true, As you mentioned.

When I used the "Checklist Field", I used to choose any directors I need. Then change them to string value and populate it inside the word document using a "multiple line text". Can I do the same thing with the "Yes or No Field"?
