Button not action

Good morning everyone.

Please, could you help me with the following query, it happens that I am developing an RPA Bot to import an Excel file in a legacy system and everything goes well until the Bot has to click a button, I have carried out tests and the Bot does send the action of clicking, but the system does not respond as it should and no new window is triggered.

I already tried clicking with mouse and keyboards, desktop recorder and the UI element for press button.

If something similar happened to someone, I would appreciate if you could share how we could solve it.

Stay tuned.

Cheers,

Jonathan Ora Badillo

@JhonatanOB1993, it does happen that way for some controls. Are you saying you have already used

    - Sendkeys  (some TABS and then ENTER or SHIFT TABs and then ENTER to go backwards)

    OR

    - Move mouse to image -> and then Send mouse click

    OR

    - Move mouse to text on screen OCR -> and then Send mouse click

    Hello @VJR

Thanks for your suggestions, but I had already tried all of them and none of them worked.

My last attempt was to use the start button on Windows and type the name of the system to open it from there and with that everything worked fine.

    Have a good Sunday.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Jhonatan,

Are you saying that just by opening from Start menu and typing you were able to click the Import button in the first screenshot?

If so, have you also tried the regular way of using "Run application" action?

If it is all good for you and no further action needed then you can close this thread.
