The star rating in the 'Confirmed Success' topic has disappeared. It does not normally have an options button, therefore I'm not sure what's happened but it's no longer there.

That is strange. Like you already mentioned. As far as I aware it can't be removed from the Confirmed Status system topic, even if I wanted too 😁
Out of interest, can you see when the Confirmed Status system topic was last modified? Does it have a recent modification date stamp?
Hi, very odd! Yes, it was modified yesterday, as we changed the wording but it just seemed to disappear.

I didn't but my colleague had a dig around too and thinks she saw it was part of the latest update.
