Using Party List field from Dynamics

Hi all,

 

I've created a flow that gives our users the option to create a follow-up call directly from a Phone Call activity in Dynamics CRM.

 

Flow can create the new Phone Call record, but it seems I can't access the default 'Call From' and 'Call To' fields to allow Flow to read and the populate as they are Party List fields

 

Is there any way I can get Party List data in to flow?
