Form is not showing in my flow drop down list

Hi Experts,

I have created a form let say "ABC" in microsoft Forms but when i am trying to get that form in my flow it doesn't show in drop down even i tried to refresh. But no luck check the below screenshot

Did you create it as an individual or a group form? Only individual forms show in the dropdown. If the form is shared with a group you'll need to get the ID for the form from the URL when editing the form and paste that into the dropdown as a custom value.

I have created this form as an individual. Further , it has not been shared with someone else.

Even though it's not a group form, paste in the ID of the form anyway as a custom value and do the same for the get response details action. That should then pick up the questions in the dynamic content box in subsequent actions.
