Hello! I'm new to microsoft automate, thanks for the help!
So.. I have a scope of work I want to put in sharepoint. It needs to get reviewed by 3 people, but this isnt a standardized group of 3 people, every scope of work I put in has different reviewers based on the portion of the project I am working on and the team I am working with, so I was thinking of using meta data to tag the doc, maybe in a column 'assigned to'. Then, I may submit the scope of work into the folder, but it is actually the project manager who will want to see the doc after it has been reviewed, so I was thinking of putting a column 'doc owner'. I want to create an automatic flow that takes the three people who are supposed to review the doc, sends them notifications in teams, allows them to submit track changes, and notifies the doc owner that has been done. Any thoughts, can meta data tags be used like this?
Another simpler example I thought of is just having a a document that needs to be reviewed, instead of sending an approval could I create a flow that when I tag someone somehow in the document or in metadata it creates a task and notifies the person that document is pending their scrutiny?
