Action 'When_an_item_is_created' failed: BadGateway 502 error

Good day

All my workflows suddenly stopped working and giving me a BadGateway 502 error.  It happens on the Trigger step of the workflow:

If I remove the Site Address, the system does not allow me to re-enter it and I also loose the connection to the List name:

the Site address is correct because I'm using it for all my other workflows (that also stopped working).  Can you please advise me how to fix it?

    Is the account you are using to create the flow granted access to the site?

    Have you attempted selecting the "Custom" option from the dropdown and subsequently specifying the site address?
