Copying an excel file and then inserting data into the newly copied file

Hello, 

Very new to Automate so please excuse.

 

I've got my flow working to copy an excel file every time a new submission is made in Forms. I now want to extract the data from forms and insert it into the newly copied file - can this be done in all one flow? Currently under the *File for the 'Create Worksheet' flow after a submission is made, it can only detect files that are already created on Sharepoint and not a theoretical copy of a file that doesn't exist yet.

    I've made a test for your reference:

    1\I assume I wants to copy 'Book3.xlsx' and then add a new row
