    Hi @anonymous23 ,

    Could you describe the issue in more detail? For example, how do you use SharePoint? What is the final result you want in Excel?

    Hello @v-zhoqian-msft ,

    I will like to synchronize the data of excel together with sharepoint. Meaning to say that, if i have created/deleted/changed any items in sharepoint list, the online excel list will be automatically updated. The ultimate goal is to let the excel data be updated with the share point list. Thank you.

    Hi @anonymous23 ,

    The most direct method is to create three flows and complete Update/Create/Delete separately.

    Hi @v-zhoqian-msft ,

    So i have 3 separated flows to complete what I want? Let say if I keyed in the wrong value for a cell in share point (and was then updated into excel), and then I want to correct it by deleting and leaving the sharepoint cell blank, how do i update the excel list in such that the excel value for that cell will be "blank"? Will there be a solution for that? Please advise, thank you.

    Hi @anonymous23 ,

    This is indeed a problem. You can set the value in Excel to a blank string when the cell is blank by this way:

    Hi @v-zhoqian-msft ,

    I tried inserting your code for the "null" values under my flow. In this case, if I want the "date found" in sharepoint value to be "null", I entered your given code but it shows that the "expression is invalid". Do you know what might be the underlying cause? Please refer to the picture below.

    For your reference my code is written as shown :

    if(equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/Date Found'],null),",triggerOutputs()?['body/Date Found'])

    Hi @anonymous23 ,

    A pair of single quotes instead of a double quote.

    HI,@v-zhoqian-msft ,

    I tried using your code when setting the value in Excel to a blank string when the share point cell is blank. But The whole row returns a blank string in excel when I change "for example Date rectified and Defect Status " to a blank string in Sharepoint. Do you have any advice for this? Please look at the screenshot below for my flow. Thank you.

    Hi @anonymous23 ,

    I don't think parallel branches are necessary. Additionally, in my test, there was no situation where the whole row became blank. Could you show me what the if formula for Defect Status looks like?
