Hello.

I need to find same action as Wait for field changed in old Sharepoint designer application.

For example I need to make a help desk solution. And I want to inform customer when his request is finished.

I made a list Help desk with fields Title, Created by, Status, etc. And I build my flow depends of field Status.

There are three stages

1. Status New, while request is just sent by customer and still not approved or rejected

2. Approved or Rejected when some person will approve it.

And here i need an action which I am talking about:

Wait for the field changed to Completed

3. Inform a customer about completion of his request.

hi @ppl there is no way to do that, but you can use another flow to see when the item is modified and then filter the answer to get only if the values is eq to complete.
Then UsuarioT for me is the value complete for you.

You can build a flow for each stage based on the created or modified trigger and then add a trigger query that will fire only when the specific field you want changes to that specific value. Or you can build it as one flow that fires every time a record in the list changes and then do something or not based on the value of the status field.

Can you explain syntax of filed Filter Query?
If I have a flield Status - and it can be New Approved Rejected and Completed how it looks like?

@ppl sure, filter query compare al filter a value in specific array.

Por example if you get 5 items an 3 of then are Approve and 2 are Reject, you can use filter query to get only the Approve of rejected values.

I think it is the only way to solve this.
I thought that it is not working because secont flow which cotains only Condition - If fileld status=completed is not running after I edit a form. Later I saw that this flow is completed and I have an email about it. There is a delay near 5 minutes between main flow and this.
