Build a Call Centre Stats Counter for multiple team members to each day

Hi community,

 

I am looking to build a stats counter for a team in a call centre similar to below:

Key elements are already built in the counter and conditions set on the fields, the email part I can build to draw from the data, BUT there are a couple of codes I am needing to try to find.

 

1. Something to keep daily figures set as they are entered per user. This would mean multiple users can use the same form, and even if the page refreshes during the day their personal figures would remain. 

2. Then reset all the figures at midnight so the next day is a fresh start for all.

 

At the moment on refresh all the figures reset to zero. And I am not sure how to make it keep the current users entries on refresh.

 

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

    Hello @MattyT8 ,

     

    There are many ways to attack this problem, but this is the solution that comes to mind. I am assuming that you are using a sharePoint list as a database

    1. First create Powerapps controls and the sharePoint list based on your requirement

    2. Add a save button in powerapps and configure the rule so as 

    • Creates new record
      • Only if no news records for the current user exists in the SP list for the current day. Compare created by and Created columns in SP
    • Updates existing Record
      • Only if a record for the current day already exists

    3. To display the stats counter you may use either a gallery or a form and basically filter it to the current user and the current day

    Thanks for this, what you describe is exactly what I am trying to do. I just don't know the coding for it. I have built the SP list to record the entries already.

     

    How can I code: new form for new day based on user and date, OR edit form if entry already exists for current user and current day. Then if the page closes or refreshes then they can retrieve the form to continue editing.
