Formatting Date And time in MS Flow and a SharePoint list

I have a SharePoint list with a date field called "Activity Start Date and Time".

My tenant is Atlantic Standard Time.  Historically in SPD, I've had to MacGyver things to add 3 hours, or 4, depending on the time of year.

Now with Flow, it looks like I can send reminder emails with using the convert to UTC logic.  Only I'm stumbling on the formatting of the dynamic content.

I just want to send an email to the person in charge of the activity reminding them of the date and time.

Please help.

    HI @smorley

Can you please share screenshot of the flow? That way we might be assit you better. You can convert to/from UTC and then use the formatDateTime function to format the date time in any other formatting.

    Hope this Helps!

I fixed my problem thanks to everyone here and to Dr. Bing.  Date/Time Functions help, because our Tenant thinks that we are in the Pacific Time Zone, and we are Atlantic.  This blog post helped:
