I am trying to build a model that would read employment contract. There are some pieces that are fairly standardized but some pieces have a wide variety of variations. Some of them could have different incentive types like retention bonuses it could haveIt could have initial bonuses it could haveMoving bonuses... Things we will specifically pay for. The point is there is some variation. I noticed that the model is good at taking something out but it misses some things... Is there a way to constantly course correct a model so that it becomes better?? Is Angie a device that someone can offer to work with aim I models as this is my 1st one.
