I want to create a scheduled flow for birthday wishes to employees with a video attached in the body of the mail.
Hi ARIQ,
this seems to be a question for Power Automate and not Power Automate Desktop.
You can embed videos in HTML emails (<\>).
Maybe you should think about embedding a GIF instead of a video:
<img src="http://yourwebsite.com/path/to/awesome.gif" width="100" height="100" alt="Description of your gif”>
I think something like this should work for videos:
