Based on a column "Reviewed" (Yes/ No) I want to set 2 other columns with a date and the modified by person.
When I use the "Modified by Claims" property, the column "Reviewed by" gets te value of the Flow account instead of the users who's pressing the Yes button for reviewed.
Is there a solution for this ?
Hi @Bestebreurtje,
As @ScottShearer said, your requirment couldn't be achieved within microsoft flow currently, you could submit your idea to flow idea forum:

I have been looking and just don't see where any info about who triggered the Flow is available. The workflow() expression provides a lot of info about a particular instance of a Flow but that information does not include who took the action that kicked off the Flow.
For SharePoint, the Modified By column will usually show the person who kicked off the Flow, but not necessarily. The Flow may have started for reasons other than that particular list item has changed (recurrence, etc.) as well as other reasons.
This might be something that you want to suggest in Flow Ideas.

Hi Scott, thanks for your response.
I understand that the "Modified by" column is a hard one to change because the Flow account is the last "person" who changes the item/ Document.
Is there no other function which I can use to get some information ( Email or Username) from the person who's triggering the Flow.
Greetings,
Jeroen
Any time that you update a SharePoint list item via Flow, it will show as being updated by the the acoount used with that particular action in Flow. To the best of my knowledge, you cannot work around this even by calling a SharePoint web service.
If this addresses your issue, please mark your post as Solved.
