When an Email Is Flagged Trigger in a Shared Mailbox - Connections

Hi there,

I have a flow for when an email is flagged in a specific folder, it gets added as a new item to a SharePoint list. It looks like I can only set it up for my personal folders, but is there a way to create a connection to a shared mailbox and change that trigger to a shared folder?

    Yes,  you can simply type in the email address of the mailbox you wish to monitor as long as the Outlook connection you create has permission to read from that mailbox. As long as you have permissions as you type it should intellisense pop up the mailbox.

    Literally just type in the shared mailbox email address.

    @FLMike Thank you for your response, Mike!

    Unfortunately, entering the email address only worked for sending from the shared inbox, but it isn't showing the folders associated with it, which I believe, is what would be needed to set up the when an email is flagged trigger...

    what permissions do you have, trust me it works.

    on the mailbox do you have read, write, or both? (admin)

    @FLMike, Thank you so much!

    I've confirmed my "account has full access to the mailbox. In other words, this permissions allows a delegate (you) to open the mailbox and act as a mailbox owner."

    Is this the permission level that I need?

    Yeah if that is accurate I do not know why you don't see the folder as you should.
