Updating an item without creating an infinate trigger loop

Afternoon

 

I'm trying to update some fields at the end of my Flow but I'm getting an infinite trigger loop warning. The part of the loop in question is below. Any ideas how I can prevent it? All help appreciated. Apply_to_each.png
