These are all third party connectors that add specific functionality to the handling of documents in Power Automate.

To add to what @Pstork1 has said, these connectors are not free - you need to pay a licensing fee to the vendor in order to use them.
Hi @ScottShearer and @Pstork1 , is there any other action for using regex in the flow apart from those i mentioned about. I need to extract values from the Excel Attachment. How i can perform?
There is no non-premium support for Regex that I'm aware of. It is available in Power Apps and I did add a suggestion for adding it to Power Automate a while ago. You can upvote the suggestion here:
