Error coming from Get items - invalid index

Hello, I did a simple get items from a SharePoint list function and getting error Invalid Index.  I also added a filter (see below).  When I look at the SharePoint list it does seem that index management is set to yes.  Coincidentally I am also having issues with this list with not all data flowing into Power BI so I'm not sure if it's related to the error below or not.  Any help and guidance are appreciated.

    Is the INTERNAL name of the column actually "AttendenceOption". (Not just what's displayed when you look at the list settings. That's the Display name. They can be the same, but sometimes they are not.)
     
    What is the data type of this column?

    AttendanceOption is the internal name and it set up as a choice column.  Thank you.
