Get latest .xls, convert to .xlsx and upload to Sharepoint

Hi all,
I am new to Power Automate Desktop. I am looking for a way to get the latest .xls file in a folder, where the name starts with 'Test*'. Afterwards I want to convert to .xlsx and upload this file to Sharepoint.
I have asked ChatGPT and others but they all give me steps that are non existant in my version (which is the latest). PS: my settings are in Dutch which makes it even harder :) 
Current flow looks like this:

    Looks like you have the input as =Files[0] instead of %Files[0]%.
    Same with some of your other variables on the actions in the loop.

    I can't read your actions, but ensure Get Files is sorted in the "Advanced" area and you are sorting be date last modified descending.  Then it will be %Files[0]%.  All your variables need to be %Variable%.
