Create Teams Chat with onenote tab

Hi. I have seen many posts relating to adding a onenote tab to a Team Channel upon creation of the Channel itself. However, I would like to run a Flow that creates a new Chat and upon the creation of the new chat a onenote tab is added also. Is this possible? All I can see online is examples of tab creation in relation to Channels.

I noticed you can add a onenote tab to a chat manually. The chats I would be adding the tab to would be for group chats.

An example below is given where I store a link to the Teams Chat ID and specify the type of tab to create. This string is then used in an HTTP POST request to create the tab, but I can't get it to work.

Hello!

I have had luck adding tabs using this method: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/chat-post-tabs?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

You can specify the URL for the tab, so i'd imagine you'd want to find the URL for the OneNote notebook and go this route.
