    Hi @natalia10 ,

When you click on a button to open new item form, add this before Navigate function  - NewForm(FormName); Navigate(ScreenName)

    Thank you Nandini,

this is editing form so after finish updating 1 data, it will go back to list of data in my gallery.

then if select other data it kept showing previous one.

for new record , i have no issue, it just when i want to edit data from my gallery list.

    thank you

    Hi @natalia10 ,

If the solutions provided by @NandiniBhagya20 isn't what you're try to figure out, could you elaborate more?

Is the new item you mean, other items selected from the same gallery? If yes for this, you could define for the edit form based on gallery selected items.

In the items of the edit form, you put

    <Your gallery name>.Selected

Hope it helps. If it helps, please click Accept as Solution.

    Hi Nur,

i have used variable in my gallery, and then i call the variable into the field in my editing form in the Default.

it works okay however it kinds of stay there even though i exit the powerapp. so when i open another data to edit, the previous one show in that field.

as per image, the work order 0001 show no hrs waiting resource in the gallery ( which is the correct one according to database), however when i click this gallery , it brings me to editing form and if you look at the form, it contains no. 1 in the field HrsWaiting Resource. this no,1 was from previous entry.

    thank you

Can you please send me the formula you have added on Item property of form control -
    It should be either GalleryName.Selected

    or

    LookUp(ListName, ID = GalleryName.Selected.ID)

    Hi @natalia10 ,
When you go back to the gallery try putting blank value in variable. On Select property of back button/icon, try using this - Set(varDay, Blank())

Can you snap the variable in your gallery?

    For my solutions,

instead of assign variable for the gallery, click your form (whole form, not one column/datacard), and Item properties of your form, insert <galleryname>.Selected

It should display all details according to items selected in the gallery and sync with the sp list.

Unless you have edit form A, and when you open form A again, it does not change then you will need an update function.
