Forms Not Appearing In Pwr Automate

Hi,

I am trying to use the MS Template to Record form responses in SharePoint. I have found a clear Video showing how this is done manually as well.

The Form itself was created as a Group Form from within SharePoint and is working OK.

However, when I select the drop down for FormID, my Form is not listed. All that is listed are some personal forms which have been deleted a few hours ago.

Is there a time delay of a few hours from creating a Form before it appears in Power Automate?

Any other ideas what I may be missed?

@Visionist group forms are not shown in the dropdown for you to select from. What you need to do is to go to the form as the user would see it and copy the FormID from the url and use that in the flow. It's everything AFTER FlowID= that you need to paste in:

Can I create a Team Flow from a Group Form? When I am building the flow, it doesn't have all the dynamic content from my group form on it.

Not when I do it from here.

I can plug the ID into When a New Response is Submitted and into Get Response Details

But list of response is NOT an option.

Awesome - I could not get the Dynamic content to align until I did the cut an past.

@eviolette it was re-named Response ID but exisiting flows still use the previous name.
