Auto assign request

Hi,

When a user submit request using power apps it create a item in SharePoint list (let's call it SP-A) with all entries. I have another share point list (let's call it SP-B) which contains all my team members name and email ID. SharePoint SP-A have a column named Assigned to and Assigned to email, when an item is created in SharePoint SP-A Assigned to and Assigned to email should get update from SharePoint SP-B in a sequence.

For example when first request is submitted it should get assigned to first person in SP-B, 2nd request to second person and it should repeat in loop.

How to do it using power automate?

Thanks and regards,

Rajesh

    Hi @rajeshr1

So how do you track who is already assigned or not? Also are there any particular sequence you looking for? Could you post some sample data?

    Thanks

    Hi @rajeshr1

You may need to think about adding a assigned field (Yes/No) in SharePoint B and once its assigned mark it as Yes. This way you can filter out SharePoint B records assigned field 'No' and set the top record 1 under your filter query.
