the flow can not work, even the simple flow like open excel. And it shown that phase IDs are difference everytime.
It work on other computer whlie this one can not.
Try deleting the msalcache.bin3 file from this location
C:\Users\<YourUserIdHere>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop
Thank for your reply. there is no file on the loaction you sent. while it on Cache
if deleting it , i need to login in again. and this file will be still there. nothing has changed.
the problem had solved , Just deleted OneDrive.
