Hello everyone,
I am trying to make a flow that:
It is almost done, BUT when I receive the e-mail, even with the attached file being downloadable, it has no extension and I need to look for a program to open it. It opens when I load the correct program (adobe acrobat for pdf, microsoft word for .docx and so on) but I want the file to be recognized a .pdf or .docx as soon as it is received. This is because these are clients receiving the file and if they see the file to need some extra effort, they might believe it is a virus (they are old people).

How is your flow created? Could you share a screenshot of your flow?
I have made a test on my side with the following flow, all the attachments do have an extension and I am able to open the attachments without selecting a program to open it.
