Good morning,

I'm sure it has been done before. Embarking on a new type of workflow. I have at least 10 different flows that pull attachments from emails and save them to a Sharepoint Folder and it works beautifully. The next thing i want to do is we have 4 shifts 7 days a week and 2 excel files they update 24/7. I want to keep an archive of these in another folder. How can i have Power Automate look for the changes and return a copied file in another Sharepoint location? Thanks in advance for your help and Happy Holidays!

    Hi there,

You can use "When an item is created or modified" and point it at the library / folder that the Excel file is in, and then every time it's modified, copy to ... the other folder you mentioned. Are these files kept on their own in a specific folder, or are they with other files? If the latter, you'll just need a trigger condition to only kick it off if it's on file X or Y.

Let me know the deets and we'll figure it out.

Thanks @Rhiassuring . I think i have it working with your help. ONly one thing i am noticing is it saves the file as if the user is saving every few moments? ANy idea how or if that is true?
