7The requirement is for a SharePoint approval process that utilises Content Approval, so files are hidden to site members until approved.I have created a flow to meet this requirement.
Where I am struggling is, that there is also a requirement to capture the name of the approver and update the file properties which includes a custom field for this purpose. The problem being that this immediately creates a new version and resets the approval status to Pending.
Is there a work around or the second requirement (capturing approver name in file properties) is not compatible with SharePoint Content Approval?
