Can I create a connector or work around a missing connector ?

In Planner we have 5 buckets. The first bucket is the titles of in coming emails that are received in a specific folder in Outlook mail. Those titles are actual tasks for the team of 4 translators.  We manually drag tasks to team members throughout the day.

I would like to create a flow, when a task is transferred to a translator I want that person to receive a text message in Teams.

So far this does not seem possible because there is no connector to do this.

    Hi,

There is a trigger called “When a task is assigned to me” that might help with your purpose. However, you should ask the user to create a connection to Planner and share that connection with you. This way, you can configure the flow trigger using their connection so it will activate when a task is assigned to them. Additionally, you will need to create four different flows, one for each user. This could be a workaround.

    Hope this helps.
    Anthony.
