Store Entity Name into Canvas App that is embedded into Form of the entity in a model driven app

I have made a Canvas App and embedded it to a Canvas App, I want to extract the recordID and the Entity Name into the Canvas App and store them on 2 lables.

I was able to get the recordID by using this formula - GUID(First([@ModelDrivenFormIntegration].Data).ItemId)

But I was not able to get the Entity Name.

Kindly Suggest how to get the name of the entity when the app is started in a model driven app form.

Have you tried ?

First(ModelDrivenFormIntegration.Data).Name

I believe it will give to you the table name.

Cannot Seem to Find this Formulae - only ItemID and refreshedOn is available to select
First(ModelDrivenFormIntegration.Data).Name
