Using Dynamics CRM
I have created a win wire which emails me all opportunities 'won' each week in a formatted HTML table. However this lists all opps within the business and i cannot see the region they belong to.
Country/Region exists in a different table to opportunities called 'Country/Region'
How can i get country and region data to show alongside each opportunity.
I am using list records looking up the opportunities entity currently but dont know how to bring in others!

Just to double check. Do you mean the country region of the related account of the opportunity. Or have you added a custom field to the opportunity?
Normally in the response of a list records you should be able to see the id of the related entity record. You can use that guid values to retrieve the record with another get record action (if that makes sense).
So in the example below I could use the highlighted ids get the related contact, account or owner user record.
