Saving file to Sharepoint from MS forms

Hi All,

I am trying to save attachments that I get from an MS form into a SharePoint library

Create file action

But the files are not being saved in their original format from the response. They are supposed to be pdf files. But currently being saved as an empty file with just the name I wanted.

Greatly appreciate your help. The test is now running successfully but the file that is uploaded is a pdf. But the file that is being saved in Sharepoint is a file I cannot open.
