Can I silence flowbot teams notifications?

I have created a flow in our support team channel that creates tickets and replies back to the channel with the ticket link in an adaptive card. This is great and everyone loves it...except for the notifications! Is there a way that I can disable notifications for a specific user or add a parameter to the "reply to adaptive card in a channel" peek code? I know I can disable replies to tickets for all users, but this is not an ideal solution.
