Can guest user query Power BI dataset via Rest API?

Hello,

Would it be possible to allow Azure guest user (external person) to run a query against a Power BI dataset or query Power BI dataset via Rest API in Power Automate? What permissions or access rights would the guest user need besides read rights to the dataset itself?

They need build access (at the moment) and the Power BI admin must enable access to the dataset for external users.

We granted build access to the dataset for the external user. But the user cannot see the workspace and the dataset in Power Automate in action Run a query against a dataset. He can see only workspaces from their organization. Is there anything else what can we do?

We have enabled following settings for the user .
Allow Azure Active Directory guest users to access Microsoft Fabric,
Allow Azure Active Directory guest users to edit and manage content in the organization.
Do we have to enable for the user also Guest users can work with shared datasets in their own tenants ? We have disabled this option at the moment.
