Flow with conditions sending too many emails

Hi I have a flow that takes info from a excel spreadsheet and I want it to send two different emails depending on a result in the column from the spreadsheet.

This section works fine and gets me the details from the spreadsheet which includes the conditional column which determines if Contact A is emailed or Contact B is emailed (Both contact details are on the spreadsheet this flow sources from)

However, the next step results in me getting exponential emails (i.e instead of 9 emails  I get 81)

I realise this is because i've got an apply to each within an 'apply to each'. But I don't know any other way of applying the condition and then sending the email (the flow automatically applies the 'apply to each' when I use dynamic content from my list rows present in table.

in short: how do I apply a condition to send two different emails but prevent this 'loop squared' scenario from happening.

I look forward to your hearing from you.
