How do I make power automate pull textual data when sending automated email?

I have a sharepoint list where each column is a question in a survey. When users complete a survey (adding a new item/row to the sharepoint list) an automated email is generated in power automate that emails the user a consolidated list of their responses. Three of the questions are in the "multiple lines of text" format, one example being a comments question where users can simply type information. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to get power automate to include the information that the user submits for these free text fields. Might anyone be able to help me out with this?

Example of two of these types of questions:

Within "send email"

When the email sends, these fields remain blank in the email. When attempting to add the dynamic text there is no option for Racks Value or Comments & Actions Value as there is for the other fields.

    Hi there,

I just tried it out on a multi-text in my environment with rich text and all, and it came through correctly.

Which makes me think something weird is up with your field. Looks like your "Comments" are appearing blue - can you show the details of that field? Blue usually means hyperlink...
