How to save Microsoft Forms Responses and Attachments to SharePoint Lists

I've watched YouTube videos, but the Microsoft forms they're using only have on upload option. How do I handle the flow, if I have multiple upload questions in a Form?

Unfortunately, that did not work. I'm getting an error in the "Get File Content." I thought maybe it was an access issue, but I'm an owner of the Microsoft Team where the Documents are stored. (Document/Apps/Microsoft Forms).

    I'm getting error (in outputs):

      "status"404,
"message""The resource could not be found.",
      "source""api.connectorp.svc.ms"

    Hello @SuzanneReed ,

that's a Client error. Would you please share the Flow in edit mode in order to see which value you put?

    BR,

    Marco

You can use Power Automate to save attachments from Microsoft Forms to SharePoint, but keep in mind there are some limitations on the number of attachments that can be handled. If you're looking for a detailed guide with flow configurations and examples, here's a helpful article: Save Microsoft Forms attachments to SharePoint.
