Adding a link to a library

Hello,

I have a document library that stores files and links - I would like this to be autopopulated from a list in SP.

I have it working so that I can auto upload documents but have no idea how to add a link - (the links are for external websites and not other documents in SP - some will be for PowerBI Reports).

Is this possible?

Hi @KathrynHughes ,

Do you want to store the links in the field?

If so, you could create a new HyperLink field in the Library.

Use Update file properties action in Flow to add the value of the Hyperlink field.

Hello,

I have a link field already - I want it so that when I click on the name the link will open automatically as it does when you add a link straight to the library. This doen't seem to happen when I put the link in that field.
