Hi Power Automate, I am here to ask regarding "List files in folder".

Inside my google drive, lets say there are 3 levels in the folder.

Level1

Country

Level 2 (inside this country folder, I have 2 folders: Malaysia and Singapore)

Malaysia

Singapore

Level 3(inside these respective folders will have their own respective files (google sheet, pdf, doc, etc)

Malaysia.pdf

Malaysia.doc

Singapore.pdf

Singapore.doc

Country folder - Malaysia folder   - Malaysia.pdf file

                                                         Malaysia.doc file

                       -  Singapore folder - Singapore.pdf file

                                                         Singapore.doc file

When I am using this action "List files in folder" of Google Drive. It works for that particular level only.

Lets say in country folder,

it will then only list out the Malaysia folder but the subsequent folder within this country folder which are malaysia folder, singapore folder it dint list out.

May I know how can I list out all the files and folder in the intended folder in google drive into googlesheet.

Thank You.

I tested the list files in folder action, but I dint manage to achieve what I am intended to look for.

    Hi @AceWong ,

Unfortunately, we could not get the files in a subfolder in Google Drive through List files in folder action.

This action will only get the files and subfolders contained under the current folder, but only to get the attributes of the subfolder, the files contained in the subfolder cannot be obtained.

The same limitation also exists in the OneDrive connector, I am afraid there is currently no suitable way to achieve this demand.

If you want such a feature supported by Power Automate, please consider posting your suggestions in the ideas forum:

    Best Regards,
