Good morning,

I have created an app sourcing data from a sharepoint list.

All the people within my organisation can use the app correctly, another user - external to my organisation - has access to the list with his email account but if he try to use the app, he can't see the data there.

Any suggestion?

According to this article, the external user will also need a licence for Power Apps from your tenant.

Thanks for the link.
However he has license and he has access to the SP source list, but he is the only one that is not able to load the data through the app, just a blank screen.

Could you share any error message this one user receives on running the app? Could you also check to make sure this user is part of the same Office 365 Group and has the same security permissions as the other users of your app?

No error message, he can open the app but data not showing up.
Here is the situation:
SP source list is on siteone.
Powerapp created on sitetwo.

All the users are using the app with account connection @siteone

The person who can't see the data has not a @siteone.com account, so he is using @sitetwo.com account.
He has been given access/permission to the SP list on siteone using his @sitetwo.com account(and he can use the list with no issue), but when he try to use the app to manage the data, the data are not loading.

Your user may need a Power Apps licence associated with the @sitetwo.com tenant for this app to work correctly. Can you try provisioning a licence from that tenant (at least temporarily) to see if that works?

Also, it is very possible as an external user on the @siteone.com tenant, this user has different privileges than your other users.

I have check on azure portal and the licence is already applied to him as user.
Also he has the same permission I have on the siteone SP list, can't see any difference.

OK, let's dive into the security roles next and see how this external user is being handled. Log in to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com, select Environments-(your environment)-See all Security Roles. Choose the Basic User role and see if your user shows up there. If not, add them. That user should be showing up with a username that includes #EXT# to indicate they are external to the tenant.
