Using a Form Object within a Power App --- for some users it seems that the attachment's won't go through.

For this example, the user is submitting a PDF under the 10MB file size limit. She attaches it to the form, but when she submits, the rest of the form patches to the list but the attachment will not.

The list is set with custom permissions, which is the only thing I can think of at the moment. Could one of these be the issue she isn't able to submit an attachment to the record?

Using a Form object with the SubmitForm(formname) on the submit button.
