Not getting all data from Dataverse

Hi

 

I'm trying to use Power Automate flows to get survey data from Customer Voice. I'm using a List Rows step with the Customer Voice Survey table with no other options set:

and I only get 15 records but I know there are more surveys. There is also no "Next link" to allow me to process the skip token. Toggling pagination doesn't appear to change anything either.

 

I'm at a bit of a loss how to get all rows, even if it means using loops...

 

EDIT:

This was a permissions thing. Once added to other Projects, I got more data.

    No probs. Probably should have asked if the projects had been shared with you first.

    Hey @eric-cheng 

     

    Thanks for replying so quick. I think the issue is permissions. I believe I only get 15, because those are the only projects I have access to. I've asked out Admins if I can get access to all, which I suspect will resolve the issue...

    Hi @nksse ,

     

    Just checking to see if you trying to get the surveys or survey responses as the table you are querying will return the surveys and not responses.

     

    Also, can you post a full screenshot of your flow and action to check if you have anything which might be limiting your results like filters, queries, row counts etc.  By default, it should return 5000 which is way clear of the 15 you are getting

    Lastly, to verify, you can also go to Data > Tables and see the records in Customer Voice Suverys.  How many do you see?
