How to extract automatically scores from all quizzes built in Power Apps to excel file

Hi, Is there any way that I can extract automatically the scores from all quizzes in Power Apps into excel file? For example, if User A 1st attempt got 4/5, then I want to save it in excel like this -> [col1 - User Email], [col2 - 1st attempt score], [col3 - 2nd attempt score].

 

Please help me. Thank you

    Yes you use excel as a datasource as well.

    You create a similar table in excel. Best practice is to export the current database as excel and use that as template.

     

    You can patch the values within power apps when the user submits the quiz or use a flow to patch the results when the user submits their attempt.

    Hi @freshie18 ,

     

    The excel table structure could be:

    User Email          Score        Attempt Time

     

    So each attempt need to be saved into the table as a single record. It's easy to use Patch in the App to save the score. You can use filter and sort in the table to see the scores. The point is, you will not be able to allocate an attempt score to a specific column as per the columns you mentioned.
